Taito has been all about using the retro to their advantage, releasing another revamped old school gem onto Japanese Wii Ware. Puzzle Bobble Wii, also known as the Bust-a-Move franchise in the U.S., has released for 800 Nintendo Points.The game features 135 puzzle levels, but also features downloadable level packs as well. One thing about the game that always bothered me, was that it got repetitive relatively quickly. However, this new version will feature moving backgrounds, something that will actually be a huge plus while playing.
Hopefully the game, along with Bubble Bobble Plus, hit the U.S. soon!
