E3's Biggest WTF: Wii Vitality Sensor

Nintendo President Satoru Iwata debuted the newest Wii Remote attachment, the Wii Vitality Sensor. This sensor is used to determine your pulse, and other inner workings within your body. The goal is to learn your feelings, such as anxiousness or fear, and use them to your advantage, presumably in gameplay. Nothing else nor any software was discussed, but we are all waiting to hear what this means for gaming.
