In a NeoGaf gaming thread about facts you may not have been aware of, one stood out as being pretty incredible. The thread points out how Super Mario Bros. 3 actually resembles more of a staged production than it does an open world. Take the curtain at the beginning of the game, or the screwed in platforms.... look for yourself!
