Although Best Buy has made strides in the gaming industry by starting their own price matching and trade-in program, they deserve a big F minus in the ripping off customers department. A Kotaku reader spotted this ad, which shows the Geek Squad offering a service to essentially plug in your newly purchased PS3 console, update the firmware, and charge you $130. Or if you really don't know how to do any of that yourself, you could easily find a 10-year-old kid to do it for you, all for 5 bucks.
