TMNT Smash Up quiet release?

Despite having a release date of September 22nd, there appears some release date confusion with TMNT Smash Up. Ubisoft's official website says the game is already in stores, while Amazon and other retailers are showing an September 22nd release. However, upon adding the game to your cart on Amazon, the website notifies you that the item is likely to ship September 28th. Additionally, many people have reported buying the game as early as September 15th at their local Best Buy stores.

It is odd that we haven't heard many specifics about the game in a while, as many of the characters are still a secret, as well as the original story mode written by Peter Laird. Whether that means its delayed or Ubisoft just isn't good at properly promoting the title is up for debate. Either way, we'll find out in less than a week.
