Tony Hawk aint lookin' for a cheap Ride

If GameStop's website is any indication, you are going to have to save up for your next virtual skating endeavor. Tony Hawk Ride, which comes bundled with that swanky new peripheral we saw last week, is going to cost $119.99. Compared to Wii Fit, which, with the balance board, came to just $89.99, I find Mr. Hawk a little out of his mind.

I'm assuming Activision is thinking along the lines of Guitar Hero, where if you have a unique gameplay experience, the extra money for a peripheral is worth it. However, the Wii balance board can be used for a bunch of other games, where as the skate board peripheral is pretty much just gonna be a skate board peripheral.
