Playable NARUTO Shippuden titles to hit Anime Expo

TOMY Corporation has announced that two new NARUTO Shippuden titles, for the Wii and DS, will be available to play at this year's 2009 Anime Expo.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 for the Wii and NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 for the DS will make their playable debuts at the Los Angeles Convention Center starting today through the 5th.

Other titles the company will showcase during the expo include PANGYA: Fantasy Golf for the PSP and NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 for the DS. Want to learn more about the two NARUTO titles? Here's a description of each:

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is an exciting new fighting game based on the hit NARUTO Shippuden animated series from VIZ Media. Exclusively for Wii, the 3D fighting game features new and improved gameplay mechanics, a plethora of gameplay modes, and for the first time, Wi-Fi multiplayer capabilities. The game follows the storyline of NARUTO Shippuden and features more than 30 characters who have been upgraded with new looks and character-specific jutsu moves. The game offers more than 40 3D environments to choose from, including nine completely new stages. NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is scheduled to release in fall 2009.

Also scheduled for release in fall 2009, NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 features fast-paced NARUTO Shippuden 3D fighting action with the addition of an all-new Quest Mode, 34 playable characters with special jutsu moves, and an all-new storyline covering more of the Shippuden story arc than any other NARUTO game. The title also features wireless multiplayer gameplay, offering NARUTO fans and newcomers to the series a competitive 3D fighting game on Nintendo DS. NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 is rated T by the ESRB.
