When the (formerly) New Xbox Experience launched last fall, one of its many promises was that it would be much easier to update than the 360's old blades system. So remember that when I tell you that Microsoft has just patched a bug that cut off all audio on some 360s using an HDMI connection. The bad news for those unfortunate few is that they've been playing Gears of War in crystal clear, totally silent quality for over two months now. But the good news is that maybe the NXE allowed for a quicker fix than ever?Anyway, if you logged into Xbox Live today and had to install an update, that's what that was. You get fixed whether you like it or not!
