If you're the type of person who pays attention to such things, you might have noticed that achievements across various Xbox 360 games aren't always on the same level. Some games make you work to earn those gamer points, and others will throw a prize your way just for successfully moving the thumbstick around. In the case of Prince of Persia, to use just one example, you can rack up roughly six billion achievement points just for not dying in the first half hour of a game that doesn't let you die.
To that end, a website called TrueAchievements has launched with a mission to more accurately judge the number of points that should be awarded to every 360 achievement. By comparing the amount of people who have earned a particular achievement to the number of people who own that game, they can give you a better idea of just how difficult each achievement really is.
So the next time your eight-year-old cousin makes fun of you for your low gamer score, you can toss his crappy Kung Fu Panda accomplishments right back in his sorry little face.
