Looks like one of Nintendo's accumulating legal woes is over. According to 1UP, a lawsuit filed by Fenner Investments Ltd., claiming that Nintendo was in violation of a patent of their "low-voltage joystick port interface" was dismissed. The case was thrown out by U.S. District Court Judge Leonard Davis, who said there was "no need for a jury trial in the suit."
Nintendo confirmed the news with a statement by Senior V.P. of Legal Counsel Rick Flamm, "Nintendo has a long history of developing innovative products while respecting the intellectual property rights of others."
Nintendo 1,... the world 0.
