Sony patents emotion detector for PS3

Xbox has Natal. Wii has motion controls. PS3 has emotion controls?

A new patent shows that Sony has taken one step away from the traditional gaming approach, by establishing a camera sensor and microphone that can read your emotional response to what's on screen. This makes about as much sense to us as the Wii's horse seat patent, but I'm sure we'll be glad once it is explained further in a nicely made trailer.
