Maxis and EA are teaming up to bring the Spore franchise to both the Nintendo Wii and DS come this October. Spore Hero for Wii and Spore Hero Arena for DS will both introduce fans to a "dynamic and engaging way to interact with their customized creature hereos," according to Lucy Bradshaw, VP of Maxis.
The Spore Hero titles will put the player in an environment where their goal is to become the hero, having to save their creatures from a planet's destruction. You can watch the debut trailer above!
