Square-Enix, in all of its info trickling glory, has a mysterious countdown timer running on one of its Final Fantasy XIII pages. The countdown is set to end on January 23rd, and could represent any number of things: playable demos, release dates, free cookies, or even another countdown.The FFXIII countdown page also features a registration tab which asks for general information such as your email address, age, and gender. This information will most likely be used to aid the Final Fantasy heroes in their quest for the crystals. Or for marketing purposes.
Regardless, check back Wednesday for a breakdown of whatever "it" actually is.
